01 Assosiation management - Know your assosiation members
Every apartment may have assosiation to manage but most of the time residents don't even know whom to communicate with, especially when resident new to the apartment/community. In WeCommunity we have separate module to add / modify assosiation member details and so that every resident will have knowladge of ongoing panel. And assosiation members have access previlages to manage apartment along with resident access.

In WeCommunity every resident can able to get all the updates from the assosiation, and notified when a personalised notification is there for that particular resident. They can have their monthly maintenance e-recipts all in one place.

WeCommunity have various reports as standard some of them are Maintenance payed residents, Maintenance pending residents, Monthly expenduture report for the month selected etc

In this module WeCommunity has two options one is offline collection(One of the assosiation member can collect maintenance and can issue e-recipts to residents ) / online payment (Resident can pay their monthly maintenance due through our website)
